Job Description: Pediatrician Location: Greater St. Paul,
Minnesota Position: Full-time Pediatrician with partnership track
Our private practice group in St. Paul, Minnesota is seeking a
dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our team. As a
Pediatrician in our practice, you will have the opportunity to
provide exceptional medical care to children and young adults, from
newborns to adolescents. We pride ourselves on being a
patient-centric practice, focused on building lasting relationships
with our patients and their families. Responsibilities: Conduct
comprehensive medical evaluations, examinations, and assessments of
pediatric patients. Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric
illnesses, injuries, and health conditions. Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications,
therapies, and other interventions. Provide routine well-child
care, including vaccinations, growth monitoring, and developmental
screenings. Educate patients and their families about health
maintenance, disease prevention, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses,
specialists, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive and
coordinated care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
for each patient. Communicate effectively with patients, parents,
and guardians to address their concerns and provide clear
explanations of diagnoses and treatment options. Participate in
on-call rotations, with a call schedule of 1 in 3. Attend regular
staff meetings and actively contribute to practice improvement
initiatives. Stay updated on the latest medical research,
advancements, and best practices in pediatric medicine.
Qualifications: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited
medical school. Completion of a residency program in Pediatrics.
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics. Valid medical
license in the state of Minnesota (or eligible to obtain).
Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current pediatric
medical practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with
patients, families, and colleagues. Commitment to providing
patient-centered care and building lasting relationships with
patients. Flexibility to work a full-time schedule with a variable
workweek. 32 plus hours / weekly Ability to see 12-18 patients per
day, while maintaining high-quality care. We offer a competitive
