Join a collegial team of 5 CRNAs at a thriving community hospital located in this fast-growing suburb near Minneapolis/St. Paul! Independent practice with no physician oversight (*if you prefer medical direction, we may have other options for your consideration.) Full time pay for a 4-day work week: Monday-Thursday only! Level IV trauma, 4 ORs, -2000 cases in 2024 Nicely varied case mix: lots of General Surgery and Ortho, plus some ENT, Ophthalmology, Gyn, Uro, Podiatry, etc. No heads/hearts/Peds Exceptionally close-knit, collegial relationships between surgeons, CRNAs, nurses, techs, etc. There are no "power struggles" here. Peel system Extremely competitive compensation: Base salary + call stipend = $330-350K+, with additional lucrative earnings available.
