Overview:Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with competitive benefitsEbenezer Integrated Care & Rehab is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) for our newest Skilled Nursing Community (Transitional Care units, Long Term Care) in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota! This role leads, supervises and directs and/or delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care. This position must demonstrate sound management skills through problem solving and decision making. They are responsible to supervise in compliance with State and Federal regulations as well as Ebenezer Standards and policies. The Fairview Community Health and Wellness Hub opened in 2022 to deliver a variety of services to the communityfrom primary and mental health care to enrichment options for seniors, food access programs, and community gathering spaces. The Hub brings Fairview services together with local organizationsincluding Minnesota Community Care and Sanneh Foundationto make it easier for people to access what they need to be well.Responsibilities/Job Description:Assures staff compliance with State and Federal regulations, Nursing Standards of Practice and Ebenezer Quality Assurance StandardsAssures Care Plan, medical records and other documentation are up to dateAdministers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policiesReports problem areas to management and provides suggestions and solutionsServes as facility supervisor and assumes administrative responsibilities as assignedQualifications:Required:Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered NurseRN Licensure/Registered with the MN Board of NursingCurrent CPR /BLS certifiedOne to three years of experienceBasic Computer SkillsPreferred:Supervisory skillsPoint Click Care knowledgeby Jobble
