Job Summary:
The Lead Generalist Mental Health Psychotherapist role at Natalis
is a full-time position that will be responsible for providing
direct therapy services under and independent advanced mental
health license along with the clinical, training, and
administrative oversight of the generalist team. The person in this
role must hold excellent organizational skills and will go above
and beyond to mentor others who are working as generalist.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and grow Natalis' psychotherapy team to the highest level of
competency.
Oversee weekly clinical staff schedules across multiple locations,
including monitoring client flow and documentation efficiency.
Responsible for interviewing and hiring candidates to grow the
psychotherapy team.
Train, supervise, and mentor licensed behavioral health
professionals, and pre-and post-degree clinicians.
Handle client service issues and ensure the team is upholding
excellent standards with all client interactions.
Complete documentation of clients and supervisees in a timely
manner.
Oversee a case consultation 1x/week for clinicians and trainees to
attend.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Ability to balance leadership duties and a clinical caseload of 20
hours per week
Strong verbal and written communication skills
The ability to work as a team member
Maintains a positive attitude
The ability to influence, guide, and motivate staff
Well-organized with a strong attention to detail
Great prioritization skills
Empathetic to clients, clinicians and trainees' needs and
concerns
Education and Experience
MA, MSP, MS, PsyD or PhD Required
Independent psychotherapy licensure
Board approved supervisor
Minimum of 5 years' experience practicing independently as a
psychotherapist

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
