In this role, you will become an important part of our residents' lives as you assist them with their daily needs. We are seeking people who are team players and who are also comfortable working independently.--There are--Full-Time and Part-Time,--benefit eligible--positions available working a varied schedule.Part-Time Shifts:--Day (AM) (7:00am to 3:30pm), Evening (PM) (3:00pm to 11:30pm), and Night (NOC) (11:00pm to 7:30am)Full-Time Shifts:--Day (AM) (7:00am to 3:30pm) and Night (NOC) (11:00pm to 7:30am)Full-Time is eligible for a $3,000 Bonus. Report changes or concerns to the RN.Assist with light housekeeping duties.Document services performed on computerized charting system.Assist residents with prescribed program activities.Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.Perform additional tasks as needed.What does a Caregiver--require?We will train you for these positions!--A--passion for geriatric care.Strong interpersonal and social skills.Excellent customer service skills.Must be 18 years or older.Location:--The Rosemount is part of Cassia--is located in the South Metro.--Address:--14344 Cameo Avenue, Rosemount, MN 55068Landmarks: The Rosemount is about 10 minutes from Lebanon Hills Regional Park and the Minnesota Zoo.About Us:The Rosemount offers Independent Living, Assisted Living, Care Suites, Rehabilitation/ Respite, Mobility Impaired Living, and Memory Care services.
