Min Max Overview We are seeking Full-time and Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team at our Johanna Shores community for ALL shifts AM, PM & Overnights. Salary: $17.85- $20.92+/hour Work every weekend schedules available with premium pay! Hours available for either AM or PM shifts on weekends. Base pay available for weekdays starting at $16 & TIME & A HALF base pay offered for working weekends for 6 months = Non-Certified Nursing Assistants - starting at $25.00+ an hour or higher based on experience! Required 16 hours per weekend and 6 month minimum commitment to weekend package hours Can work double shifts Friday-Sunday to get to 4 -5 shifts weekly, or can add weekday shifts at their base rate for Full-Time benefit eligibility Why work for Presbyterian Homes & Services? Responsibilities Perform ADL's as scheduled and assist other Resident Assistants as needed while maintaining consistency with regulations and established best practices. Monitor changes in Resident's condition Transferring and assisting residents with mobility using various methods (gait belt, mechanical lifts, etc.) Ensure residents are cared for with dignity. Qualifications Caregiving experience preferred but applicants without experience will still be considered. To be considered for Care Center/TCU: Current Nursing Assistant Certification required or willingness to gain certification. Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies. Commitment to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays. Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
