Nurse State Licensed Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:

Review clinical documentation and provide recommendations for improvement
Ensure accurate and complete documentation to support coding and billing processes
Collaborate with healthcare providers to educate and train on proper documentation practices

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist
Must be a licensed Registered Nurse
Preferred certifications include CCDS or CDIP
Experience with 3M 360 R2 and Meditech highly preferred
Experience with Meditech Expanse and 3M 360 eMD Electronic Queries is a plus
