  Job Description:
  Thank you for your interest in Dental Therapist Opportunities at HealthPartners! This job posting is for future openings. FTE, location and hours will vary. Dental Therapist are responsible for providing quality dental care to HealthPartners dental patients and to serve as a resource in educating HealthPartners dental patients in improving their oral health and reducing the risk of future dental disease.   ACCOUNTABILITIES: --- Practice in a style that is consistent with HealthPartners mission, goals and values. --- Establish and maintain positive service relationships with both patients and staff. --- Participates in quality assurance and peer review activities. --- Takes responsibility for and oversees the delivery of dental care to his or her patients. --- Responsible for providing ongoing work direction to licensed dental assistants. --- Adheres to regulations, policies and practices designed to safeguard the health and safety of patients and staff.
  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: --- Must be a licensed dental therapist in the state of Minnesota. --- Must be able to perform all duties in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Minnesota Board of Dentistry. --- Proven ability to perform as part of a dental team.
  PREFERRED: --- Certified as an advanced dental therapist
