Join our team and make good happen!POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:Under the direction of the Director and Vice President, the Nurse Manager is responsible for directing, planning, coordinating and supervising activities associated with patient care on assigned patient care department(s) where nursing care is delivered. This includes establishing, maintaining and evaluating standards of care and assuming responsibility for staff development, environmental, human resource and fiscal management.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Education:Baccalaureate degree in Nursing, or AD in Nursing and Baccalaureate degree in a related field,ANDMaster's degree in Nursing, Health Care Administration, Education, Health Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, Life Sciences (e.g. Chemistry), orORCurrently enrolled in a Master's degree program with an established date of completion.Experience:Four (4) years (8,320 hours) acute care RN experience with two (2) years (4160 hours) in a nursing leadership position, e.g. Assistant Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse.Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:---Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota.---Demonstrates at the time of employment and every two years thereafter, competency in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
