The Community Liaison will contribute to the project and assist its co-directors by:

  • Identifying potential narrators
  • Contributing interview topics/questions based on community interests
  • Participating in interviews by asking relevant follow-up questions
  • Cultivating relationships with relevant community groups
  • Developing channels to engage community members and organizations in project findingsThis is a temporary/casual appointment. The Community Liaison will work a total of 148 hours between February 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023. The weekly distribution of
    those hours will be based on mutual agreement between the Community Liaison and co-directors and cannot exceed 10 hrs/week. The appointment carries a $3,700 stipend
    ($25/hour).The Community Liaison (CL) will be selected based on their professionalism, creativity, experience with community organizing around reproductive health, and availability and willingness to devote 148 hours to the project.


    Required qualifications must be included in the application materialsQualifications:
    • High School Diploma/GED.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
    • Must be able to multi task and adapt to changing work environment and work responsibilities.
