Come and join our Healthy Eating and Living (HEaL) program! We treat concurrent mental illness along with disordered eating challenges. As a therapist in this program you will be an integral part of the care we provide to this population through family therapy, individual therapy, and group therapy. The HEaL team is made up of a multi-disciplinary treatment team that allow for multi-layered treatment while having a biopsychosocial lens on the care of the patient and families we serve.PrairieCare offers a competitive benefits package and salary for this position. Starting salary is 70k and higher depending on experience and qualifications. Bonus is also available!! First year is a base salary, with subsequent years a combination of base stipend and productivity based upon work RVU's.As a Therapist, you will: Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the psychosocial services for patients of PrairieCare Provide a comprehensive range of services to patients and families Seek to enhance the functioning of patients Provide individual and family therapy Coordinate care with outpatient providers upon admission and discharge Consult with other clinic providers and provide a unique perspective in the areas of family systems and/or social work theory Provide coverage for other therapists as needed Potentially supervise Master's level family therapy, counseling, or social work interns (based on qualifications)Requirements: Master's degree Current license in the State of Minnesota as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Post-licensed experience preferred In good standing with the professional board Oriented and educated in gender, culture, and age-appropriate care Experience in intensive psychiatric and addiction healthcare settings preferred Ability to effectively and efficiently communicate in written and verbal form Computer skills using Microsoft Office products including Word and OutlookDriven by our values and commitment to safety and quality care, PrairieCare will be joining every major health system in Minnesota with our plans to require a COVID-19 vaccine for all team members, or an approved exemption limited to medical or religious accommodationsPrairieCare is a physician-owned and operated psychiatric healthcare system experiencing rapid growth in the Twin Cities.
