JOB SUMMARY

The Business Growth Executive (BGE) requires the ability source opportunities, develop relationships with key buyers, explain our value, build pipeline to qualified stages, complete pricing and ROI analysis and partner with internal teams to close deals. This role is primarily focused on the development of our program fulfillment offering by sourcing new leads while leveraging internal and external resources. This role identifies targets, develops an engagement strategy, creates client profiles and executes a customer specific action plan through a consultative approach. The Business Growth Executive resides within the Member Communications business and primarily partners with Account Management and Sales to achieve the business bookings goals. The Business Growth Executive is responsible for mastering the process and product expertise to effectively promote the Member Communications offerings.

PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Lead Generation

+ Work cross-functionally with Sales and Account Management to offer expertise on customizing solutions per customer specifications

+ Identify targets to development engagement strategy across the payer marketplace

+ Build pipeline to qualify customers and move them through stages of pipeline

QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:

+ 2+ Years experience in Account Management and/or Sales and Marketing

+ Experience working in the payer or health plan space

+ Lead generation via cold calling, social media, email campaigns, etc.

+ Ability to present and articulate complex information to internal and external stakeholders

+ Salesforce

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred.
