Exciting opportunity to join an established, busy primary care practice ready for an additional provider to join their team! There is big demand in the -adult population in need of complex care management. -This is an outpatient only setting with 24/7 hospitalist program coverage to support inpatient needs! Call is phone only and shared with 16 other PCP's. The clinic is attached to the hospital and there are research and teaching options with the residency program, if desired. If you are seeking a practice offering stability and longevity, THIS IS IT! Be part of an extensive 3-state health care system with robust specialty support. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified -Internal Medicine MD/DO with an active Minnesota license. New -graduates, H1b visas, and physicians with an interest, experience, or Geriatric training are encouraged to apply.

- $50,000 Recruiting Bonus + Relocation
- Salary starts at $260,000 (increases based on experience)
