Job DescriptionNurse Training and Compliance Director WHY WORK

Compliance Director provides leadership and oversight for the
organization in the delivery of high quality care to individuals we
serve as it pertains to health services. They will develop and
deliver curriculum through all levels of the organization, ensuring
continuous improvement in quality of health and care oversight to
all individuals served. Directors are eligible for PTO, 401K,
PROFIT SHARING, MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISION, SHORT TERM DISABILITY,

incentives.Hours: Monday - Friday, 8a - 4pThe Nurse Training and
Compliance Director salary is $65,000-$100,000 depending on
experience.Location: Minneapolis/St. Paul/Metro area (location is
flexible). Nurse Training and Compliance Director Job
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Develop and provide ongoing education to the Health Service
team and throughout all levels of the organization.
- Provide on-site health assessments to person(s) served,
injections, and training on life sustaining medical equipment
- Oversee the development and delivery of the Medication
Administration curriculum.
- Implement and develop organizational processes related to
Bridges Health Services Department.
- Work with the VP of Operations and QAC department to achieve
positive outcomes in state licensing reviews.
- Ensure that company health services comply with all applicable
laws and regulations and implement corrective action as
necessary.
- Provide professional leadership to the health services team to
ensure the highest standards of individual care are delivered
- Establish and contribute to a high degree of teamwork and
collaboration with diverse groups throughout the organization
- Continuously assess areas of quality improvement in the area of
health services by ongoing audits and feedback to applicable
parties
- Organize and lead weekly departmental meetings Nurse Training
and Compliance Director Required Skills and Experience:
- Minnesota Chapter 245D Home and Community Based Services
Experience HIGHLY preferred
- RN license in good standing (PREFERRED) or an active LPN
license in good standing
- 5 years experience in working with individuals with
disabilities, preferred
- Experience in working with individuals with a Severe and
Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI)
- Experience in training and curriculum development
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to
communicate with varied levels of the organization.
- Ability to take initiative and work autonomously, as
appropriate
