Nurse Practitioner St. Paul, MN
Looking for a Part time/Full time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at an Outpatient Men's Health Clinic located in Plymouth, Woodbury, and Eagan MN. We are searching for an ambitious, motivated Practitioner who is interested in proactive health, to work in a Primary Care setting with focus/expertise in evaluating and treating hypogonadal men.

Requirements:

• Licensed in MN
  
• Active DEA
  
  Duties:
  
  • 
    
  • Outpatient Primary Care for Men
    
  • Medical Evaluations/Treatments
    
  • Providing guidance in lifestyle and behavioral management
    
  • Treatment of sub-acute chronic conditions
    
  • Appropriate Documentation and Follow up of Care
    
    Schedule:
    
    • 
      
    • Mon-Wed 8 hours per day (Additional time may be added with Advanced notice)
      
      Salary:
      
      • 
        
      • $50-$65/hr based on experience (Possibility of Bonus Compensation)
