Part time position in L/D. Seeking dynamic RN for busy L/D and Antepartum unit. Prefer BSN degree or enrolled to completed BSN within negotiated timeframe. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and strong ability to work with a wide range of patients from varied cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Requires flexibility, able to adapt to a changing clinical environment, ability to work independently and as a team member as well. Will orient to circulator role for C/Sections and care for normal newborns. RN with previous OB experience preferred. In addition, will orient and work on mom/baby unit as needed. Qualifications: * Completion of an associate, baccalaureate or master's degree program in Nursing (New graduate RNs must have a bachelor's or master's degree in Nursing. Associate's prepared RNs must have at least one year of RN experience)* Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota* CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers* Knowledge of current nursing practices and techniques* Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing* Ability to effectively participate on an interdisciplinary treatment team* Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with patients, family members and co-workers
