Welcome page Welcome page Physician Compensation Consultant Job Locations US-MN-Saint Paul Posted Date 2 days ago (1/6/2021 7:49 AM) Requisition ID 2020-66286 Profession Human Resources Speciality Accounting/Finance/Human Resources Department Compensation Shift day Hours per 2 weeks 80 Location Midway Corporate Campus Overview The provider compensation consultant will work with the provider compensation manager to model, prepare and maintain complex physician compensation plan calculations for a large multi-specialty hospital system. Performs analysis and reporting on provider compensation and production. This position performs a variety of project orientated tasks and supports the routine quarterly physician compensation and rvu payroll calculations. This position requires remote work. In addition to adhering to all Fairview policies, guidelines, procedures, the Fairview Commitments, and the Code of Conduct, i t is the expectation the following requirements of the remote work policy will be met, including but not limited to:

  • Remote workspace that is clean, safe,--and--professional.
  • Maintains an internet connection consistent with Fairview standards at remote workspace.--
  • Remain productive and responsive during their scheduled work hours.
  • Attend primary Fairview location, as needed. Responsibilities
    • Calculate physician compensation and incentives in accordance with physician compensation plans.
    • Gather data, calculate, analyze and communicate physician production data including work relative value units (wRVU's0> FTE's, panel size, quality and other metrics for physician productivity and quality analysis.
    • Create and maintain accurate physician compensation salary calculations using Excel spreadsheets.
    • Develop quarterly reporting for production pay to distribute to physicians.
      Complete complex compensation analysis and modeling for proposed compensation pay changes.
    • Complete provider compensation surveys.
    • Work with Fairview legal to determine fair market value for provider physician services agreements. Qualifications
      • Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, accounting or related field.
      • Three plus years of compensation analyst experience.
      • Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft windows programs
      • Excellent organizational skills including working with tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
      • Ability to communicate effectively
      • Ability to work within a team and also independently
