The following communities are currently hiring an on call LPN:Boutwells in Oak Park Heights, MN (LTC and/or TCU)Castle Ridge in Eden Prairie, MN (LTC) (seeking 2+ years of nursing experience)Harmony River in Hutchinson, MN (LTC)Interlude of Plymouth in Plymouth, MN (TCU) (need to have weekend day shift availability) Johanna Shores in Arden Hills, MN (LTC).
