Manufacturing Manager Director Supervisor Plant Manager General Manager Machine Building Fabrication Engineering Processing Machinery Automation _.

Seeking individual with demonstrated expertise as a Project Manager for contract manufacturing of machinery and machine mechanisms for automotive, marine, aerospace or similar manufacturing industries.

Activities:

*** Interface with customers, Business Development teams, Engineering groups and Proposal Development teams.

*** Provide accurate, clear labor and material estimates.

*** Document proposal process when responding to customer RFQs.

*** Take responsibility for entire manufacturing process for customer orders, from initial imagination to final production and shipping.

Required Skills:

*** Ability to interface with internal and external customers, assess requirements and make suggestions to provide the best product or solution.

*** Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment used to machine, form and weld metal, and some knowledge of plastic injection molding, multi-shot molding or insert molding.

*** Understanding of cost analysis and proposal review.

Education and Experience:

*** 3+ years in manufacturing industry as a Project Manager or Program Manager.

*** B.S. in Business Administration, Engineering Business, Engineering or related discipline.
