Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You'll Make in this RoleAs a(n) Global P&F Finance Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Leading the Portfolio initiatives and analytics across the 4 portfolios of the Purification and Filtration business
• Lead global financials for portfolio investments, exits projects and decisions.
• Evaluate, approve and support all NPIs globally.
• Develop analytics in power BI or other tools to track Sales, orders, P&L financial data and measure forecast accuracy.
• Performing complex financial and risk analysis of business projects to determine their economic value and financial condition.
• Provides financial advice, reporting and guidance to global portfolio leaders.
• Financial planning and analysis projections and consolidation for specific portfolios
• Business partner with strategy to support all portfolio lead initiatives
• Assuring full compliance with U.S. GAAP and 3M Global Financial Standards Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of finance or finance related experience in a private, public, government or military environment.OR
    • High School Diploma/GED from AND fourteen (14) years of finance or finance related experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
      • Three (3) years of prior finance experience in an Industrial, Biopharma, Medtech, or manufacturing company in a private, public, government or military environment
      • Proven ability to use analytics and influencing skills to drive results
      • Exhibited sense of urgency to drive effective change and manage performance
      • Familiarity with portfolio and product level margin analysis
      • Systems knowledge (advanced excel, longview, hyperion, power bi tools)
