Job Description
The AI Center of Excellence (COE) serves as the central
organization responsible for aligning and developing the company's
unified AI marketing and go-to-market (GTM) plan. The Director of
Marketing for the AI COE plays a pivotal role in presenting a
cohesive and compelling AI strategy to the market, working across
the AI teams in each of Intel's business units and the central
software organization. This leader will need deep AI experience and
the ability to collaborate effectively within large, matrixed
organizations. They will be accountable for overseeing all AI
marketing activities, including messaging, positioning, audience
programs, demand generation, content development, social media, and
sales enablement.
Key Responsibilities include:
Leading cross-functional teams in crafting and socializing aligned
AI marketing plans that focus on the benefits and outcomes
delivered by Intel and partner AI solutions.
Continuously driving alignment and communication across marketing,
communications, sales, and business units.
Acting as the marketing partner for the sales team by equipping
them with winning marketing plans, proof points, value
propositions, impactful content, training, messaging, and
resources.
Collaborating closely with developer marketing teams and business
unit/product marketing teams.
Leveraging Intel's central marketing teams to move quickly and
scale, such as utilizing end-user research, branding initiatives,
demand generation strategies, and events.
Building and nurturing a world-class marketing team that is
customer-obsessed, energized, and possesses deep insight and
expertise in artificial intelligence solutions and usages.
To be a successful candidate, one must possess strong communication
and influencing skills, including experience working in matrixed
environments and presenting to executives, customers, and technical
audiences.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for
this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the
minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in
identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
MS in Marketing or Business Administration.
10+years of product marketing experience in a B2B technology
company
5+ year's experience in:
AI marketing role focused on end users/enterprise, developers,
and/or data scientists
Working experience and understanding of data center and artificial
intelligence, solutions, usages, and ecosystem
Understanding and working experience of artificial intelligence,
pain points, and priorities
Experienced leader of people. History of developing others,
recruiting top talent, and getting them to collaborate as a
high-functioning team.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US,
California: $188,530.00-$329,690.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location
and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows
employees to split their time between working on-site at their
assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work
model may change to accommodate business needs.
