• Family OrientedJob DetailsWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing commercial renovation and tenant improvement projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of commercial renovation and tenant improvement projects, including project planning, design, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, and closeout
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Manage project change orders and scope changes
  • Conduct project meetings and prepare meeting minutes
  • Prepare project reports and presentations for clients and management
  • Ensure project documentation is complete and accurateQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial renovation and tenant improvement projects
    • Strong knowledge of construction practices, methods, and materials
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
