DO:As a Project Manager for Total Tool's Crane and Hoist
department, you will be responsible for managing project schedules,
documenting new equipment projects, and providing excellent
customer service to all internal and external customers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate with Sales
Representatives and assist with onsite meetingsReview projects with
Sales Representatives to confirm all components and labor are
accurately accounted forCreate and provide CAD drawings as
neededOrder all components necessary for the projects through
company systemWrite up quotes, sales orders, repair orders,
purchase orders, and returnsManage project schedule and
materialsFollow up with vendorsSubmit advance or progressive
payments for invoicingOther duties as assignedWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO
SUCCEED:

company vehicle providedPrevious experience in project
managementPrevious experience in the construction and/or industrial
supply industry preferredPrevious experience utilizing CADHighly
motivatedDetail-orientedAn exceptional work ethicAbility to work in
a team environmentValid driver's license and ability to
successfully complete Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)PHYSICAL
REQUIREMENTS:
This is a primarily sedentary role,
-requiring sitting for extended periods of time while working on a
computer. -Employee must be able to communicate effectively in a
typical office environment with a standard level of office noise.
Occasional standing, bending, walking and lifting is also required.
