Overview:
Element has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. IT Integration
Program Manager. The role is responsible for driving the planning
and execution of Technology Integration programs. This may include
supporting IT diligence, Integration/Separation planning and
associated reporting.In this position you will operate as the eyes,
ears, and voice of the Technology Integration program for a given
acquisition. This will include interfacing at various levels within
the organization from executive leadership to front line
employees.Technology Integration activities will include
collaborating with technical subject matter experts, business end
users, and a variety of leaders, to define and refine plans, clear
roadblocks, and drive execution of Integration tasks and
milestones.
Responsibilities:
Serve as main point of contact for IT related Integration
activities; interface with other functional areas (i.e., Finance,
HR, Marketing,Operations, etc.) to discuss dependencies, progress,
plans, and issuesEngage with IT, Corporate Development, and other
functional leaders to develop and refine integration project plans,
ensure prioritization, and alignment during the planning
phaseProduce regular status reporting and ensure visibility for
stakeholders within the integration program (i.e., IMO/PMO
reporting, executive steering committee) as well as the broader
enterpriseEnsure that the planning and execution of Integration
plan follows standard Element IT Integration tools, templates, and
standardsEmploy Project Management good practices / essentials
(i.e., written and verbal communications, issue-risk monitoring
escalation and resolution, status reporting, and project team
leadership)Owns the timely completion of IT Integration activities
and is accountable to program and enterprise stakeholders for
appropriate management of schedules, issues, and risksTracking and
monitoring of IT synergies which may include contracting
rationalizationOther duties as assigned which may include but is
not limited to assisting in due diligence review and report
generationAssist where applicable in the development and upkeep of
IT Integration team tools/templatesThis position does not have
supervisory responsibilities
Skills / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in relevant fields required; master's degree
preferred5-8 years progressive experience with some combination of
project / program management, M&A, Management Consulting, IT;
3-5 years project / program management requiredStrong history of
providing project leadership and executive presenceProven track
record of driving the execution of project / program tasks in cross
functional teams within a matrix environmentFlexible and
comfortable with ambiguity with the ability to pivot quicklyStrong
problem solving, ability to exercise sound judgement and move
solutions forwardDesire to seek out and understand the business
needs which are enabled by technology solutions; specifically
ensuring that IT is solving for the right problemsDemonstrated
ability to create, grow, and leverage relationships to reach across
silos and get stuff doneMust be able to travel 10% -
