As an Adobe intern, you'll put your smarts and creativity to work on business-critical projects, you'll be mentored by the top talents in your field, and you'll get all the credit when you dream up our next big thing.OVERVIEW OF ADOBE'S STUDENT ATHLETE MICRO-INTERNSHIPWe are looking to hire a summer intern for our team! The Product Owner within Office of the CIO (OCIO) will help create an inclusive experience for our university hires to stay connected and engaged with their team and Adobe - whether working in a hybrid or remote model. This role will also support the Culture team in the creation of cross functional contents in different medium (poster, video, audio, etc.).You'll thrive on our team if you're a highly customer-centric, analytical individual who excels at working in a team environment, have a test-and-learn mentality, and are comfortable working with ambiguity. You'll bring a unique point-of-view to our team and challenge our assumptions. Most importantly, you're interested in making an impact on employee experience.WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Collaborate with other Adobe organization from Recruiting, Talent and HR to design solutions that increase new university hires satisfaction and sense of belonging
• Support the creation of contents that promotes culture focus within the organization
• Learn to use "Infuse", our human-centered design thinking framework
• Create executive and stakeholder presentationsWHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Must be a student-athlete currently enrolled in a school-sanctioned sport and pursuing a U.S.-based accredited college or university with a target graduation date between December 2023 - December 2025
  • Undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing or Communication
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively cross-functionally and with people at all levels. Ability to communicate ideas effectively verbally and in writing
  • Knowledge and experience with video creation (i.e., scripting, filming and editing)
  • Strong analytical skills with a data driven approach to solving problems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Experience working with teams across multiple time zones and geos
  • Curious and empathetic, good listener
