Description
Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. is recruiting for a Program Manager, Strategy and Deployment, Deliver MedTech Americas , located primarily in Raritan, NJ however considerations will also be given to other Johnson & Johnson site in the Americas. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company for Americas based candidates.
Med Tech Deliver Americas provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the Johnson & Johnson Med Tech franchises.
Med Tech Deliver supports operating units across all of the Johnson & Johnson Med Tech Franchises. Specifically, Deliver represents all Customer Experience, Distribution, Transportation, and Channel management for the Johnson & Johnson MedTech. This team is represented in multiple countries, and continues to grow global visibility and responsibility. The Deliver team reports into the MedTech Global Supply Chain Organization.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Accountable for CIP transformation programs in MedTech Deliver Americas and supporting meeting the NA MedTech financial obligations


  • Lead key strategic transformational programs for the team. This includes: Partner end-to-end across the Supply Chain (and with Commercial, IT, Finance, Make, Plan, Source) as well as within DELIVER to run the programs successfully. Ensure programs are on track, within budget, aligned with the overarching Americas as well as Global MedTech Deliver Strategy.


  • Ensure clear communication on programs. Ensure there is a clear communication plan, R&R, and follow established governances. Ensure risks are shared proactively and are mitigated.


  • Handle high levels of complexity and large volumes of data and information. Use insights to drive transformation and change where required within the strategic programs.


  • Exhibit adept interpersonal skills including ability to summarize complex issues concisely and listen effectively to partners to understand needs and challenges.


  • Strong problem solving, analytical, and people (senior level) influencing skills.


  • Highly collaborative with outstanding relationship management skills, high emotional intelligence.


  • Optimally deal with ambiguity and significant amounts of change.


  • Follow governance and help with internal deliver change transformation. Participate in Financial cycle discussions as they relate to strategic programs


    Qualifications
    Qualifications
    Education:

    • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree required ; advanced degree or focused degree specifically in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred

      Experience and Skills:
      Required:


      • Minimum of 8 years' Supply Chain environment required


      • Strong project or program management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams required


      • Highly collaborative with the ability to lead and influence others in a complex organization is required


      • Ability to act conclusively and handle risks with limited information is required


      • Ability to navigate in an ambiguous environment, work independently, handle complexity and take ownership for results is required


      • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across all levels of the company is required


        Preferred:


        • Understanding of supply chain interdependencies (end to end) preferred


        • Understanding of information technology capabilities (master data, information flows, customer Connectivity, etc.) in the Deliver space preferred


        • Medical Device experience (working across the franchises) preferred


        • Experience in of leading process improvements and/or change management programs and associated governance processes preferred


        • Experience leading or supporting JJOS, FPX, or lean projects is preferred


          Other:


          • English fluency is required


          • Position may be located in Johnson & Johnson site in the Americas and may require up to 10% domestic and international travel


          • For U.S. applicants, in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements, the anticipated base pay range for this position is $97,000.00 to $166,800.00.


          • For California Bay Area Only, $111,200.00 to $166,800.00


          • The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
