impact?We are looking for an Enterprise Software Client Service
Manager to be accountable for the planning for and oversight of
critical Enterprise Software implementation projects, including the
preparation and maintenance of project schedules and timelines.An
experienced Client Services Manager will work with both internal
teams and our clients to provide information and clarification of
pre-implementation requirements, ensure resource availability and
readiness for sophisticated projects, and call out and / or resolve
both anticipated and unplanned project roadblocks.What will you
do?
- Accurately design project plans that detail project and task
resource requirements
- Control project definition and scope
- Interact and communicate effectively with client Project
Management and Technical personnel in varied industries
- Coordinate the activities of related project activities such as
software validation
- Anticipate, identify and seek to resolve complex internal and
external services delivery challenges
- Maintain a close, positive and productive relationship with
customers
- Produce detailed, timely & accurate project summaries
- Execute activities in support of Thermo Fisher Scientifics
goals & strategy, particularly those related to customer
satisfaction and revenue growth.Experience
- Demonstrated ability in a field involving scientific
measurement or laboratory software.
- Proven experience in the service delivery business.Knowledge,
Skills, Abilities
- Project lifecycle experience within the biotech, pharmaceutical
or related industries
- Outstanding analytical ability and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and be responsible for the productivity of
others
- Use of others expertise. Seek information and factors input
into planning & execution
- Self-starter. Asserts influence over events to achieve goals.
Proactive
- Identify novel and unexpected ways of solving problems or
improving products
- Strong project management, problem analysis and problem-solving
skills
- Work effectively in a team environment
