Associate Director, Sales Solution Consulting directs the work
effort and performance of the quota-carrying Solution Consultants
who work in partnership with Sales Reps. The Associate Director is
also responsible for managing the budget and ensuring the team is
working efficiently and able to meet sales and revenue targets. A
critical focus area for the Associate Director, Sales Solution
Consulting is development and allocation of technical resources to
serve the needs of the sales organization effectively. They are
responsible for coordinating trainings with the product
organization to increase solution consulting expertise. The
Associate Director, Sales Solution Consulting is also held
accountable for the performance of their organization by
maintaining and managing key performance indicators and promoting
the sale of high-growth, strategic product offerings, alongside
their sales counterparts. A strong culture is pivotal to the
success of WK Compliance Solutions. The Associate Director, Sales
Solution Consulting will be responsible for nurturing and
maintaining by inspiring Solution Consultants, generating
excitement and engagement, and driving strong collaboration with
Sales and Product teams.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement plans and strategies to define and
execute an integrated Compliance Solutions sales strategy in
alignment with the Head of Sales strategic direction
- Establish sales targets for specific product sets based on
overall sales strategy to maximize revenue, and hold their Solution
Consulting teamaccountable to targets by managing forecasts,
budget, and coaching
- Provide strategic insights into Solution Consulting sales team
performance and identify strategies/ growth opportunities to help
WK Compliance Solutions meet its revenue, growth and retention
objectives
- Monitor the pipeline and identify accounts with potential new
or cross-sell opportunities that Solution Consulting Sales can
support
- Develop a set of standard operating procedures (sales
methodology, process, tools) that incorporate best practices, and
manage performance against success metrics
- Manage multiple priorities; develop and execute standard
practices for resource allocation of Solution Consulting Sales team
to meet needs across the organization
- Collaborate with Product to develop and execute product
trainings to drive technical expertise across legacy CS, LLS,and eO
offerings
- Support product road mapping by sharing customer insights that
help shape the prioritization of key product enhancements
- Create a workforce planning strategy, hire approved positions,
and develop additional sales resources, as needed, to drive and
maintain high performanceOTHER DUTIES
- Facilitate and drive value during internal meetings, demos, or
training sessions
- Identify and aggressively pursue opportunities for Solution
Consultants to engage on customer deals in alignment with the CS
strategic direction and policies
- Present to a wide range of audiences, from technical champions
to senior executives, in a clear, concise and effective way
- Manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities and
allocate resources appropriately
- Desire and ability to learn new CS technologies quickly
- Drive to connect with team members, cultivate excitement for
change, and develop talent
- Foster a collaborative and team-oriented environment
- Stay organized and effectively manage multiple priorities at
