Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY: As part of MNCASA's leadership team the Director of
Communications and Advancement will play a critical role in shaping
our organizational story and relationship with partner programs,
funders, and supporters. This role is an important strategic
leadership role that defines and implements strategies to ensure
the goals of the organization are achieved. The Director of
Communications and Advancement will be primarily responsible for
internal and external communications, membership engagement, and
executing strategies to support the solicitation and securing of
government and foundation grants, fundraising, and in-kind support.
This position is fully remote until June 2023.

ORGANIZATION SUMMARY: The Minnesota Coalition Against Sexual
Assault (MNCASA) provides leadership and resources for sexual
assault programs and allies to prevent sexual violence while
promoting a comprehensive, socially just response for all
victims/survivors. We support, convene, and collaborate with sexual
assault programs, advocates, prosecutors, and law enforcement
officers to promote a more victim-centered response to sexual
violence, and increase effective criminal justice. Our prevention
programs take action before someone is harmed, and we work with
policy makers and elected officials for laws and programs that
fight sexual violence. MNCASA provides:
