Position Overview

Securian's Experience Measurement team is looking for a seasoned research project manager to lead a cross-functional team to flawlessly launch new customer experience (CX) surveys across priority experiences/journeys. The successful candidate will take work direction from the Experience Measurement Program Manager and be an integral member of the experience measurement team. This role will engage new stakeholders with each new survey and will work cross-functionally with many groups.

Responsibilities

Plans, monitors, and manages internal projects from initiation through completion in an Agile environment.

Leads or coordinates project planning, resourcing, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people/resource management.

Ensures project results meet requirements regarding expected outcomes, technical quality, reliability, and schedule.

Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes or resource additions.

Requirements

Bachelor--------s degree and 3-7 years relevant research and/or project management experience

Experience implementing NPS or other CX measurement systems

Solid project management skills, ability to flawlessly deliver on time, under budget.

Detail oriented, along with ability to multi-task.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity and prior use of CX metrics, CX platforms ( e.g . Qualtrics, Medallia, Clarabridge, etc.), and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).

Intensely curious and passionately loves learning, especially as it pertains to understanding the customer and channel partner.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize based on business needs and focus.

Excellent communication skills.

Embraces ambiguity and change.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

PMP or similar certification

Agile methodologies

Experience in financial services.

Strong influencing and relationship building skills, executive presence.

Physical job requirements:

Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse, and computer for up to 8 hours per day

Ability to work at least 40 hours per week

Ability to utilize telephone for up to 8 hours per day

Ability to perform grasping tasks throughout the entire workday (examples: handwriting, grasping of equipment/machines, paper manipulation, sorting, folding, handling stacks of paper)
