Director of Admissions, College for Women Position Title Director of Admissions, College for Women Division Department/Office Admissions - College for Women Position Summary Information Advertisement St. Catherine University invites all applications for a full-time Director of Admissions position. This role advances daily operations to achieve the University's new student enrollment goals for the College for Women.

The Director of Admission manages the day-to-day work of the counseling staff to achieve the annual enrollment goals for the College for Women. This position contributes to ensuring that the quantity and quality of first year College for Women students desired by the University enroll each year. The Director of Admission will provide management and supervision to the admission team through the recruitment cycle and guides ongoing implementation of tactics.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead a team responsible for the recruitment, outreach and engagement of prospective students for the College for Women.
  • Assist and direct the admission team through the recruitment cycle and guides ongoing implementation of tactics.
  • Provides guidance to the counseling staff in the development of territory management plans, including individual student recruitment approaches and weekly work plans to support the advancement of the team's goals and objectives.
  • Manage on-going training of the individual counseling staff and contributes to the creation of a staff development plan for the office of admission.
  • Execute recruitment and enrollment strategies to achieve annual enrollment goals, focusing on the coordination of efforts of the admission team during the recruitment cycle
  • Contribute to the development of communication, content and social media plans
  • Improve strategies by evaluating trends and associated metrics, assessing and adjusting processes, and implementing adjustments as identified
  • Coordinate review of 2,500 new first year student applications per year
  • Collaborate with other University offices including: student life, academic advising, financial aid, the schools, student life and orientation to provide a seamless transition for new student enrollment.

      • Experience in the use of CRMs in the admission process Preferred Qualifications
        • Experience serving the needs of 1st generation, BIPOC and international students through the admission cycle
        • Understanding of financial aid leveraging
        • Working knowledge of Slate
        • Five (5) years of increasingly responsible experience in admission and/or financial aid
