Job Description:

Maxim Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Nurse Case Manager who is responsible for coordinating the continuum of care activities for assigned patients and ensuring optimum utilization of resources, service delivery and compliance with medical regime. Setting: Case Manager RNs / Homecare Location: Metro/Bloomington area Pay: $45/hr. Shift times: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm Contract length: 12 week contract Potential Extension Weekly pay!
