Manager, Lifecycle Marketing

Job Description:

The Manager, Lifecycle Marketing will identify, develop and execute company-wide marketing strategies. This role will collaborate with peers in Marketing, Creative Strategy, Digital and other areas of the business to execute strategies that will increase lifetime customer value and proactively reduce churn. The Manager will establish and deliver regular reporting on effectiveness of strategies and tactic execution.


  • Develop and execute marketing plans that will increase customer retention, reduce churn and enhance the overall customer experience
  • Identify factors that drive retention and reduce churn
  • Identification of target audiences - e.g. new customers, tenured customers, movers,
  • Establish and track KPIs that will correspond to annual department goals
  • Build and present end-to-end program plan summaries that are concise and easy to understand
  • Maintain awareness of peer and competitive retention strategies through industry partnerships and competitive research
  • Promote cross-department awareness of marketing retention strategies through regular program reviews and ongoing progress report readouts
  • Work cross-functionally with teams throughout the organization to strengthen understanding of how customers respond to key touchpoints during the customer lifecycleREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
    • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
    • Marketing and/or CX experience
    • Customer-centric mentality
    • Aptitude and eagerness to learn from a new environment and make an impact quickly
    • Ability to communicate orally and in writing, in a clear and straightforward manner
    • Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel
    • Ability to define key performance indicators/metrics
    • Ability to document, prepare and present data-driven presentations
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently
    • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
    • Ability to use personal computer and softwareEducation
      Bachelor's degree required in marketing or related field or equivalent experience

      Related Work Experience
      Overall business experience - 5+ years
      Marketing and/or Operations/Customer Experience - 3+ years

      Knowledge of cable television, high speed Internet and wireless products and services preferred
      Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
      Customer journey mapping experience a plus

      Office Environment
