    • Customer Success
    • The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is responsible for ensuring the success of existing strategic partnerships, as measured by revenue growth, renewals & overall satisfaction.
    • Develops an understanding of the business objectives of assigned accounts, and how Change Healthcare products and services can meet those objectives
    • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, sentiment, and mining opportunities for deeper engagement
    • Lead Monthly/Quarterly Business Review processes with assigned customers/partners
    • Revenue Growth
    • Collaborate with senior sales & product, legal & tech team members to create comprehensive support strategies for assigned target markets and target opportunities.
    • Act as the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality, delivering and communicating ROI for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle
    • Monitors client usage of Change Healthcare products and services to ensure maximum use, satisfaction & adherence to contract (approved uses and financial obligations)
    • Collaborate closely with team members support renewals and expansion opportunities
    • Innovation & Quality
    • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into core product, marketing and sales processes
    • Partner with our clients and partners to deliver predictable outcomes and experiences
    • Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers, the training of channel end users, as well as post go-live support
    • Collaborate with the engineering and development team to deliver our data as per customers requirements and troubleshoot technical issues raised by customers
    • Responds promptly to client questions, concerns, and problems.What are the requirements needed for this position?
    • Ideally 4+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role, preferably with advanced knowledge of healthcare data and analytics
    • Proven track record in developing relationships & ensuring operational success of data products
    • Deep understanding of the Life Sciences Industry What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
    • Knowledge of data licensing workflows, data agreements, and data governance processes.
    • Experience with large data integrators supporting the Life Sciences industry
    • Deep Life Sciences expertise with a point of view of sub-verticals
    • Data/Analytics expertise & experience in clinical research and commercial studies
    • Experience with analytics, data, databases, predictive modeling, or business intelligence preferred
    • Account management experience with large corporations in the pharmaceutical, medical device or biotech markets
    • Excellent interpersonal skills good listener, critical thinking, effective communicator, creative, intellectual curiosity, self-starter & team player. Ability to build strong internal and external client relationships
    • Problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindset that can effectively manage multiple projects across internal & external stakeholders

    • Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time- Current State -We are all working virtual.
