Based on leadership decisions and business needs, "all other duties as assigned" will be expected for each position.The Account Manager Support Specialist (AMSS) role ensures Veterans' Medical Disability Examination orders are being processed in a timely manner. AMSS must identify and report any order processing issues that may arise with a Veteran, Order, and/or location to leadership as well as Sr. AMSS staff as needed.This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. -*All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.Primary Responsibilities:Work priorities as assigned by leadership and provide regular operational updates to the SR Account Manager Support Specialist on the state of each area of responsibilityComplete job tasks and functions on time to keep the order completion process on trackAssist in making decisions based on contract requirements and guidelines in order to ensure contract KPIs are achievedProvide direction to other operational areas in order to ensure efficient order processingProvide operational updates to Leadership as well as Senior Account Manager Support Specialist on the status of tasking/ordersNotify Leadership of issues that arise regarding tasking, other operational departments, and databaseEnsure timely communication of process issues / changes to LeadershipAssist leadership in identifying operational delays as they relate to the other Operational Departments within OSHSAssist other departments within OSHS to ensure contractual obligations are achievedYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifcations:High school diploma / GED (or higher)United States Citizenship Ability to obtain favorable adjudication following submission of Defense Health Agency eQuip Form SF86Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with high knowledge base specifically in ExcelFull COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $16.83 - $29.66.
