Communications is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join
our UCaaS Product Marketing team. This role will be focused on
growing awareness, demand, and adoption of our business
communications solutions like Zoom Phone. In this cross-functional
role, you will work closely with our product, sales, channel, CSM,
and marketing teams to help create campaigns, enablement tactics,
and strong positioning by segmentation to drive revenue and usage.
You will report to our Manager, UCaas Product Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:+ Strategy: Be a key leader along with
counterparts from sales and product in driving and meeting goals to
grow our revenue and product usage. Work closely with product
marketing, solutions marketing, and competitive teams to fully
understand the market, segmentation, competitive landscape, key
differentiators, and opportunities globally.+ Analytics: Analyze
data to identify opportunities including pricing, sales and channel
performance, and trends amongst usage. Identify ways to improve the
customer buy and onboarding flows to simplify and remove friction
from the process and increase adoption.+ Segmentation: Create
segmented efforts by geography, size, and buyer type and determine
where to focus our efforts and how our positioning and messaging
change depending on the audience.+ Voice of the customer: Be the
voice of the customer on how our customers use Zoom's business
communication tools, understand why customers like our solutions,
and determine what features are needed for better adoption.+
Enablement: Work closely with the sales and partner enablement,
channel marketing, and customer success teams on strategies and
content to meet business goals and create champions within the
organization.+ Content: Lead the marketing team on the content
direction for campaigns, websites, blogs, webinars, and other
demand-gen vehicles. Roll up your sleeves to make sure
cross-functional teams have updated key messaging documents,
videos, presentations, datasheets, white papers, battle card
contributions, and other assets. Requirements:+ Bachelor's Degree /
MBA (preferred)+ 8+ years of professional experience in product
marketing or growth marketing for a SaaS company+ Experience in the
UCaaS/telecom space is ideal+ You have excellent leadership skills
and are successful in matrixed organizations+ You are analytical
and like to use data to identify opportunities and drive impactful
results+ You're a pro at positioning and building differentiated
messaging and assets+ You're humble and have a natural curiosity to
always learn more+ You are comfortable presenting in front of
executives+ You are a team player and have strong interpersonal
