Job Description MINNESOTA's Twin Cities: Director of Nursing An exciting opportunity is available in the sought after Twin Cities metro with a growing non-profit community-based healthcare group This organization is actively recruiting a Director of Nursing to report to the Medical Director in leading the daily functions of the nursing staff including scheduling, lead safety program and training, develop and implement OSHA, COVID, and Safety Best Practices and Protocols, and mentor pre-med interns. This is an administrative and leadership position with direct oversight of the nursing staff. The ideal candidate is a Masters level RN or NP who is an excellent communicator, highly organized, has a strong attention to detail, 5 years of clinical experience, and 2 years of leadership/administrative experience.
