Job Description:
We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to join our team. The Kitchen
Manager works with our Executive Chef to ensure excellent food
quality and consistency through training, education, creative
direction and hands on kitchen oversight. Kitchen Managers are
responsible for scheduling their team, ordering, production and
working with the leadership team and Executive Chef to control food
and labor costs.
At Brasa Rotisserie we serve nourishing food inspired by
traditional ingredients and flavors of the Southern U.S.,
Caribbean, and Mexico. Our unique style of food and hospitality
make us one of the most popular restaurants and caterers in the
Twin Cities Metro. Our leaders work hard to serve our customers and

Compensation:
Base Range of $53-$60K based on experience

What we expect:
2+ years high volume experience in management
3+ years scratch cooking experience
Ability to communicate well in English. Spanish speaking is highly
valued.
