The Employee Relations Manager has accountability for the
administration and support of the Intermountain employee relations
As assigned by the Employee Relations Director, the role is
primarily responsible for multiple employee relations standard work
processes or risk areas related to legal, regulatory and internal
policy requirements as well as prevention strategies. This position
leads investigations and mentors, coaches and advises HR
professionals who lead investigations. The role ensures employee
relations processes related to regulations, law and internal policy
are consistently implemented and updated through collaborative
oversight and support of the shared Human Resources Team, leaders,
and Human Resources professionals throughout the organization.
The Employee Relations Manager will work with cross functional
teams and leaders to lead employee relations processes related to
investigations, education/training, prevention strategies, quality
assurance, standard workflows, and risk areas. The Employee
Relations Manager works directly with the Employee Relations
Director to support operational and Human Resources leaders to
continually improve employee relations work processes according to
goals, strategic initiatives, data/KPIs, and automation.

+ Human Resources experience with a focus in employee relations or
business partner responsibilities.
+ Demonstrated strategic thinking and analytical skills.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead, summarize and follow up on
+ Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams in
multiple areas and levels of an organization.
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or comparable field.
Education must be obtained through an accredited institution.
Degree will be verified.
+ Prior experience overseeing and executing employee relations
duties including investigations and supporting regulatory elements
such as ADA and affirmative action planning.

The salary range for this position is:
$47.79 - $71.70
