Job Description:

The Human Resource Manager for Ecolab's Institutional team provides both strategic and day-to-day primary human resources business partner support to approximately 275 employees within the North American Distribution, Facilities and Equipment Programs and Strategy teams. This position is responsible for providing end-to-end human resources business partner support and leadership to the team by assessing needs and recommending and implementing programs and policies aligned to organizational strategy in support of growth. These responsibility areas include employee and labor relations, workforce planning, talent assessment and development, organization/team effectiveness, communication planning and deployment, change management, system/process design, and legal compliance/risk management. What will you do: Partners with the leaders to provide human resources support, planning and organizational / leadership development that enable the achievement of organization strategies and growth Possesses awareness and an understanding of the climate/culture and issues in the organization, recommends and implements strategies that meet organization/business goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment Conceives of, recommends and implements strategies and initiatives designed to further the engagement of associate population Partners with leadership to set the strategy to acquire, develop & retain talent in highly competitive space Responsible for helping lead and work on cross-functional HR functions projects and initiatives. Provides coaching to managers and supervisors on performance management, employee development and other key areas Manages employee relations issues in collaboration with appropriate resources, including Law, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits Provides appropriate counsel and leadership on organization structure and design issues aligned to the overall strategy Develops programs and processes to advance the organization that can be implemented globally Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations or business 7+ years of progressive human resource experience, preferably as a generalist Preferred Qualifications: MBA or Master's Degree in related field Superior communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Proven employee relations and active listening skills Ability to interact with all levels within and across the organization with experience influencing senior leadership Strong organizational, time and project management skills Successful experience within the areas of organization development and organization design Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, influence decision-makers and implement solutions #li-uscf Benefits Ecolab strives to provide comprehensive and market-competitive benefits to meet the needs of our associates and their families.
