Job Description:

Ecolab is looking for a IT Solutions leader for our Customer Digital Solutions (CDS). CDS delivers cutting-edge digital solutions that are used by Ecolab customers and our field force that support our customers across all our business sectors.

This position is a solutions leader embedded with the Institutional & Specialty sector (I&S) to develop digital solutions and strategies for our customers and our field. The person selected for this role will work with the CDS business leadership and product teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver extensible and scalable digital products and solutions. This includes connected devices (IOT), analytics solutions, digital productivity tools.

The position will report to a member of the CDS Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and will be based in our Saint Paul, MN on a hybrid work schedule.

What You Will Do:
Be a Strategic Solutions Leader and partner with business and CDS senior leadership in I&S to drive solution strategy for our customers and our field.

Develop product roadmaps, execution models, and cost estimates that are aligned with business strategy and outcomes.

Focus on Key Initiatives - Manage completing priorities to focus on initiatives that maximize value for our stakeholders.

Guide execution teams and architects in creation, validation, and deployment of global scalable solutions

Work with technology partners (large and small) to identify the "right" products and technologies to adopt/ integrate into the overall solution

Work with globally distributed teams

Provide solution governance and guidance as required

Minimum Qualifications:
10 years of significant work experience in digital roles

5 years of experience managing large and complex programs in an IT environment Preferred Qualifications:

Demonstrated Leadership skills

Strategic Technology Advisor

Strong organizational skills

Logical problem solver who can operate under constraints

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills including presentations to executive leaders within Ecolab, our customers and our partners

Ability to evaluate and analyze complex problems and provide simple solution

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
