Job Description:
The Project Manager will provide project management for
Faith+Lead, Luther Seminary's innovative hub of learning
opportunities and digital resources serving Christian communities
and their leaders outside of degree programs. Faith+Lead a startup
within a 150-year-old educational institution is looking for a team
of fresh, innovative Project Managers to support our creative and
digital team. This position will collaborate with our Directors of
Business Operations & Digital Strategy to manage new projects and
processes from start to finish. We're looking for an energetic,
extremely well-organized, creative problem solver with a passion
for bringing unique projects across the finish line. Must be
self-motivated, energetic, willing to learn and live the creative
and digital process, as well as willing to live and breathe
budgets, timelines, and reporting. I. KEY RESULT AREAS Create and
deliver projects on time and on budget, including developing
budgets, timelines, and reporting. Exercise ownership of projects
from beginning to end. Manage project progress through task
tracking systems and quality management with a deep understanding
of the creative process. Anticipate needs and manages expectations
throughout the project life cycle. Assist the team by completing
daily tasks, which will include estimating, budgeting, SOW
creation, online client meetings, data input and maintenance,
client communication, design review, team collaboration, event
planning, customer service, and more. Maintain smooth and accurate
communication among clients and creatives. Manage creative projects
Print, Branding, Presentation, Web, Digital, etc. II. RELATIONSHIPS
A. Reports to the Director of Business Operations, Faith+Lead.B.
Internal relationships with Faith Lead Team, and daily with
StudioHub team and the Director of Digital Strategy and Director of
Business Operations.C. External relationships with vendors,
contractors, and clients.1. Commitment to Luther's Seminary's
Mission and Vision. 2. Desired education and experience.Bachelor's
degree or equivalent in experience; three to five years of previous
experience as a PM and/or operational expert 3. Desired knowledge,
skills, and abilities.Passionate about being the change through
innovation and fresh thinkingFamiliarity with Christian
organizations helpfulExcellent organizational skills, including
strong attention to detail and managing multiple projects
simultaneouslyAbility to learn and become an expert with
technology, specifically PM software and CRM tools, including
Monday.com and Hubspot. Proficiency in Google, Word, and Excel is a
plusStrong communication skillsQuick response timesStrong
leadership with the ability to solve issues under high
pressureStrong listening and superior relationship-building
skillsIntellectual curiosity, drive, determination,
self-confidence, and persuasion skillsExperience as a project
