With team members located in over 15 countries, you will have an excellent opportunity to influence the security culture at Dell and further develop your career.Join us as an Identity & Access Management Cloud Engineer (IAM) on our Dell Federal Network Cybersecurity Team in the United States to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What youll achieveAs an Identity & Access Management Cloud Engineer, you will be a member of our internal-facing, Federal Cybersecurity organization with responsibility for contributing your advanced experience and technical skills into Dell Federals expanding and complex security infrastructure environment. You will be focused on engineering and operating the identity and access management tools which will include engaging and collaborating with internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and vendors.You will:Provide technical expertise and define best practices for cloud-based system and application security during the design and implementation processDesign and develop security architectures for cloud and cloud/hybrid-based systemsOversee the design, implementation, and administration of one or more security solutions (e.g. Data Loss Prevention, Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), Azure Information Protection, Hardware Security Modules, McAfee MVISION, Multifactor Authentication, Conditional Access, Single Sign On/Federation, Web Application Security, MCAS, Right Management Services and Azure Information Protection, mail transfer (Exchange, M365), etc.)Support user life cycle processes including, but not limited to, on-boarding and off-boarding of all types of user accountsSupport IAM Password Management processes and processing of system access requestsTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Heres what we are looking for with this role:Essential RequirementsStrong knowledge and understanding of Federal compliance requirements, including DFARS 252.204-7012, ITAR, NIST 800-171, and CMMC Level 3Experience building and architecting on Cloud-based PlatformsExperience with at least 4 of the following security capabilities: Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Hardware Security Modules, Web Proxies, CASB, Single Sign On/Federation, Web Application Security, Online DLP, MCAS, Right Management Services or Azure Information Protection, mail transfer (Exchange, M365) and network technologies (proxy, firewall, VPN, etc.)Understanding of the entire ecosystem of Endpoint Security including well-rounded understanding of the information security domains and their inter-relationsStrong knowledge ofrisk management standards including identifying risks andsolutions/remediationsfor minimizingU.S. citizenship requiredDesired RequirementsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, or a related field with 12+ years relevant experience; or equivalent experienceIndustry-standard cybersecurity certification from ISC(2), SANS, or similar entityProficiency in at least one programming language (Python, TypeScript, Java, PowerShell, etc.)Heres our story; now tell us yoursDell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
