needed Salary Range: $31.70 - $47.14/hourly; $66,189 -
$98,428/annually The incumbent must be able to work remotely and
have adequate and reliable internet connection to conduct work.
Work area needs to be suitable, safe, and free from hazard,
including the ability to adequately protect private data, protected
health information and Federal Tax Information (FTI). Provide
leadership, policy technical expertise, and coordination of
MNsure's individual market eligibility and enrollment policy,
business system design and operational development and procedures.
- Analyze and document complex State and Federal health care
policy and operational procedure requirements and implement
throughout MNsure's insurance marketplace.
- Coordinate activities related to developing, implementing, and
maintaining Individual Market policy, eligibility and enrollment
business system design requirements and functionality for the
- Develop, document, and implement MNsure individual marketplace
policies and procedures regarding eligibility and enrollment.
- Provide policy and operational technical expertise and
direction within MNsure. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Five
(5) years of advanced professional experience demonstrating the
- Experience with Affordable Care Act legislation and federal and
state laws and regulations governing MNsure policies, clientele,
application, eligibility criteria, renewal processes and enrollment
- Strong administrative, organizational, time and priority
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously in a
fast-paced environment within deadlines.
- Ability to identify and evaluate information/data,
conceptualize alternative solutions to complex policy issues, and
convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Experience using MS Office products including Word, PowerPoint,
Visio, Excel, and Outlook.
- Understanding and knowledge of, and ability to interpret,
complex health care legislation and policy including the ACA.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with staff at all levels within and outside the
organization. ***A bachelor's degree or higher degree in Business,
Health Care Policy, Public Policy, or related field can substitute
for one (1) year of experience*** Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Health Care Policy, Public Administration,
or other related field; or related law degree in health law and

federal and state levels
