Job Type Entry Level, Full Time, Non Exempt Job Location Temporarily Remote, St Paul, MN Essential Responsibilities --- Assist Case Management department with a variety of administrative tasks.--- Maintain online data management system (Apricot).--- Maintain current and accurate service agreements.--- Assist with the collection of receivables.--- Maintain spreadsheets, lists and files.--- Assist with audit process and submit billing reports.--- Support Accord's mission As listeners, learners, and leaders, we will stand with and support people with disabilities in their communities as they pursue their personal dreams and goals.Requirements --- Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.--- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.--- Good computer skills.--- Preference given to candidates with experience working with accounts receivables, MA billing, or insurance billing.--- Good oral and written communication skills.--- Good organizational skills.--- Positive attitude and a willingness to dedicate time and energy to our mission.--- Must pass a Department of Human Services background study.Work Environment The employee in this position typically works the majority of the time in an office setting. Candidates will be expected to work generally Monday - Friday, daytime hours, with some flexibility based on program needs. The person in this position will work 40 hours per week.
