Westminster Place offers affordable one and two-bedroom units with
controlled access entry, computer lab, elevator, social services

primary responsibility of the \u003cstrong\u003eAssistant Property
Manager\u003c/strong\u003e is to assist the Property Manager with
the daily operations of the community by coordinating the
marketing, rental, and occupancy along with a strong focus on

this position requires daily administrative duties with respect to
both the management office and the apartment

completed move-in packets and maintains a supply of all pertinent

marketing information, installs residents, enters vacate notices,
prints reports on YARDI computer

with subsidy administration in accordance with HUD rules and
