properties in the Twin Cities/Metro Area, more specifically in St.

sound, well- maintained and socially healthy housing communities
and provide leadership and guidance to the

managing resident support services highly

federal, state, and local laws pertaining to fair housing, ADA, all
physical requirements, including but not limited to pool rules,
fencing, lighting, etc.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eEnsures
compliance with all CommonBond Housing policies and
procedures.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFinancial\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eMeets
department benchmarks for occupancy, and 97% economic
occupancy\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eCoordinates with property
managers to write effective marketing plans aimed at achieving and
maintaining a minimum 98% occupancy
rate.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eDrafts and secures arrival for
annual operating plan and budget for resident/owner
board.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eReviews and approves capital
expenditures and service
contracts\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eCompletes budget packages
and reports for outside owners and regulatory agencies, including
narrative summaries, market analysis, forecasting, and capital
needs
projections.\u003c/li\u003e\n\u003c/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u0026nbsp;\u003c/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBuilding

physical condition of properties, makes recommendations for capital
needs; keeps owner advised of major maintenance

concerns and plans of action for improving
