customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a skilled and
experienced Body Shop Technician to join our team of dedicated
professionals. As a Body Shop Technician at Sears Imported Autos,
Inc. you will perform a variety of tasks related to repairing and
restoring damaged vehicles. You will be responsible for repairing
body panels and working with various materials to bring vehicles to
their pre-accident condition. Requirements: Proven 5 years’
experience as an automotive autobody technician, preferably in a
high-end or specialized body shop. Ability to repair vehicles per
estimate and according to manufacturer standards. Check parts
against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for color matching and finish
quality. Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines without
compromising quality. Excellent communication skills and a
collaborative attitude within a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to follow established
guidelines, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-know,
