The Opportunity Work in a modern, full-service repair environment Focus on advanced diagnostics and complex repairs Join a growing shop group prioritizing quality over volume Be part of a culture centered on community, teamwork, and continuous improvement What the Technician Will Do Perform advanced diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting Service Subaru, Toyota, and other Asian import vehicles (2005 only) Handle repairs ranging from maintenance to engine replacement Use digital vehicle inspections through Tekmetric Maintain high-quality repair standards and clear documentation Participate in a team-oriented, professional shop environment Ideal Candidate Profile Master or A-Level Automotive Technician Proven flat-rate producer billing 45 – 55 hours per week Strong diagnostic and electrical skillset Experience with Asian import vehicles preferred Comfortable using digital inspection and shop management software Solid personal tool investment Clean driving record Strong communication skills and positive team attitude Culture-focused mindset aligned with community-driven values Compensation Hybrid flat-rate pay structure A-Level technicians earn $45 – $50 per flat-rate hour Typical annual earnings of $110,000–$120,000 Performance-based pay progression Additional $1 per hour for each active ASE certification ASE testing and online training paid by the company Benefits Package Health insurance (HSA-eligible plan) 50% of employee premium covered after 90 days 401(k) with 3% company contribution after 12 months Paid time off 48 hours in year one 80 hours in year two Five paid holidays Boot and clothing reimbursement The Work Environment This shop group emphasizes professionalism, collaboration, and long-term technician growth.
