Our client is seeking a Drafter to join their team. As a Drafter, you will be part of the Design Support Department supporting the Engineering and Construction teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Drafter Location: Eden Prairie, MN What's the Job? Drafts and creates routine to moderately complex detailed drawings, sketches, and profiles used in the planning or construction of various physical projects or products. Follow directions to conceive of or create form and design variations for consideration. Use extensive knowledge of computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment and software to produce accurate designs. Collaborate with team members to review and refine drawings ensuring compliance with project specifications. Maintain organized documentation of drawings and revisions for project tracking and quality assurance. What's Needed? Minimum of 5 years of experience in drafting, with a strong emphasis on CAD software proficiency. Mandatory experience working with CREO software. Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
